1. How long is the validity of the contract with
    Yes, We Fix?

    Each contract is valid for one year and can be renewed afterwards on the same term.

  2. If I have availed Yes, We Fix's service does that mean that I have to purchase the items that need replacement from Yes, We Fix only or I can purchase items from other sources?

    You can definitely purchase items in other stores and our team will do the required work for you. However, the Company provides warranty only to items purchased through Yes, We Fix.

  3. In case an emergency happened and I need the service to be done at past midnight, can I still call Yes, We Fix and ask them to go to my home and do repairs?

    Definitely. Yes, We Fix is working round-the-clock and our team is ready to answer your emergencies at anytime.

  4. If I call for an emergency repair, how sure am I that Yes, We Fix will be in my home in 30 minutes?

  5. Does Yes, We Fix accept works from commercial establishments?

Yes, We Fix also provides services to office spaces, buildings or any type of commercial establishments. Simply send us your request for packages and we will be very glad to meet you and estimate the project as per your required service. Estimation will be good for annual contract.

1.1. Services

Yes We Fix Technical Services will respond to any maintenance requests, planned preventive maintenance or services related to:

  1. Electrical supply, equipment and electrical distribution services.
  2. Water supply, sanitary ware and drainage services.
  3. Air conditioning supply and associated equipment services.
  4. Network equipment related to satellite, data and voice services
  5. Supervised, uniformed technicians will attend all emergencies* within thirty (30) minutes, 24/7, 365 upon receiving the complaint.

1.2. Preventive Maintenance

A preventative maintenance inspection will be done by Yes We Fix within seven (7) days after signing the Contract for all air conditioning units, electrical units, plumbing units and network based on the Package Contract.

2.1 Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (Please refer to Materials & Labour clause below in case of replacements)

  1. Repair and/or replacement of mechanical & electrical equipment including distribution boards, circuits boards, circuits breakers, ELCB’s, light fittings, control panels, switches & water heaters
  2. Repair and/or replacement of water pumps
  3. Repair of external leaks in pipes
  4. Repair and replacement of sanitary-ware fittings and attention to drainage problems

2.2 Air Conditioning (Please refer to Materials & Labour clause below in case of replacements)

  1. Cleaning of outside condensing units and inside FCUs
  2. Cleaning of FCU filters, inside uniter filters (wall decorative units)
  3. Cleaning and checking of electrical components
  4. Pressure washing of coils
  5. Topping up of refrigerant gas ( gas will be charged separately after the first major service )
  6. Belt replacement, lubrication and cleaning of drain lines
  7. Changing compressor oil and filters if necessary
  8. Minor painting touch-up and minor repairs to insulation.
  9. Replacement of compressors, fan motors and other parts
  10. R22 gas charging is free of charge during the Safety Inspection
  11. Succeeding refill of R22 gas is chargeable at AED 50.00 per A/C unit after the Safety Inspection

2.3. Network (Please refer to Materials & Labour clause below in case of replacements)

  1. Checking of satellite signal, cabling and devices
  2. Checking of CCTV signal, cabling and devices
  3. Checking of communications signal, cabling and devices
  4. Repair and/or replacement of defective or damaged devices

2.4. Sub-services

  1. Basic civil works – grouting, hole drilling for shelves mounting
  2. Basic carpentry works – repair of fixed woodworks, e.g., cabinets, cupboards
  3. Design, Supply and installation of Audio-Video system, security system

3.1. Emergencies

  1. Total electricity failure/breakdown
  2. Total air-conditioning failure/breakdown
  3. Total water stoppage
  4. Major leakages related to plumbing, e.g., water gushing out from burst pipes, leakages from plumbing units
  5. Major blockage of drainage - kitchen and bathroom drains only

3.2. Services Excluded

The following services are expressively excluded from the scope of this Contract

  1. Power, water, drainage and telephone (being the responsibility of the relevant local authority)
  2. Internal water leakage, e.g., under the bathtub, WC, inside the wall, ceiling and floor slabs, under the interlock and garden areas
  3. Major jobs related to MEP or Civil works
  4. Garden irrigation system (sprinklers)
  5. Gardening and horticultural work
  6. Pest control
  7. Any janitorial cleaning services
  8. Emptying of septic tanks and clogged WC
  9. Changing of corroded chilled water, domestic water or drainage lines
  10. Changing of any insulation material related to ductwork, chilled water pipe lines
  11. Any outside painting or decoration jobs
  12. Any carpet cleaning and carpet shampooing jobs
  13. Replacement of any broken windows, window glasses, doors, door glasses
  14. A/C ducts cleaning and disinfecting
  15. Chlorinator installations, Re-piping and re-plumbing,Piping,Pump repairs plus installations,Filter repairs plus installations,Complete filter system installations (swimming pool)
  16. Fire system repairs and installation

4.1 Materials and Labour

Only specified materials, equivalent or better quality than those originally installed shall be used to effect repairs. If any repairs or maintenance services requires spare parts or the replacement of any defective item, such spare parts or items to be replaced are not covered by this contract/scope of works. Such spare parts or replacement items shall be charged separately, after customer’s approval. Customer must make down payment for the required replacement part/s, however, spare parts below AED 200 will not require any deposit or down payment to ensure efficient work without delay

5.1 Waiting

All confirmed visits or calls shall be attended by the technicians on time, however, technicians will wait for a maximum of twenty (20) minutes only to proceed with the complaint, if the customer re-schedules the complaint for another day, the re-scheduled visit or call shall be deducted from the fixed number of calls of the Contract Package

5.2 Re-Scheduling

Re-scheduling of the same complaint will deduct the visit or call from the allotted number of calls for the month inclusive in the Contract package
